Two Rio Nuevo authors, Carolyn Niethammer and Marilyn Noble, will be at Antigone Books on November 18, for a tasting and discussion moderated by Linda McKittrick. Please come out for a special evening of good food and an enlightening discussion on what it means to eat locally, seasonally, and sustainably in the Southwest.
Carolyn Niethammer is the author of several books, including her latest, Cooking the Wild Southwest: Delicious Recipes for Desert Plants.
Marilyn Noble is a freelance writer and cook. Her most recent release is Southwest Comfort Food: Slow and Savory.
Linda McKittrick is an artist, urban farmer, and rancher.
